Set whatever you want to be specific about, and just leave everything else blank.

Note:  Beware of specifying anything for the 'City', 'State', 'Birthday', or 'Special Categories', because those parts of the pen pal ad are completely optional (many of the pen pals don't include that information in their ads). If, for example, you specify the 'City', your search results will not include ads that did not list the city (and yet some of the people who did not list their city may actually live in the city that you specified).
